Many people ask me what sort of tools I use for my business, so I have put together a list of resources that I use on a regular basis. I only ever recommend services that I truly believe will support my clients and other organisations. I hope you find these resources for helpful.

Squarespace* (obvs!)

My go to website builder. Squarespace truly is an epic platform for web design. It’s simple, user-friendly and offers so many integrations. Use code: Genius10 for 10% off!

Simple donation forms to add to your website. A great solution to increase one off or monthly donations.

  • This is one of my favourite plugins for charities and nonprofit sites. Really simple to set up with a user friendly interface, and theres no subscription fees!

SQSP Themes*

Is a great resource for Squarespace Plugins. There’s plenty to choose from. Save time and achieve more with custom plugins.

  • SQSP Themes have a huge library of incredible plugins built specifically for Squarespace. Over the years I have used many of their plugins and they have never failed me!

    This is one amazing plugin I use regularly!

SEOspace*

An incredible SEO chrome plugin to rocket your website to page 1 of google! Specifically designed for Squarespace websites.

  • I was lucky enough to begin the journey with SEOspace as a tester for their early version. I can honestly say its one of the best tools I use for my clients websites. I have managed to hit page 1 on google for over 5 website by using the plugin. Love it! 😍

Squarewebsites Plugins*

Squarewebsites offers a perfect solution to help migrate websites from 7.0 to 7.1. They also have a great selection plugins for Squarespace websites.

Canva for nonprofits

Canva is a graphic design platform offering tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, promotional merchandise, and other graphical elements.

  • I've used Canva for many years now. It's a very popular online design program, cost effective and really easy to use. If you don't want to pay heavy adobe fees then I suggest you go for Canva!

MailerLite*

Automatically send timed and targeted emails. Design emails with an easy drag-and-drop editor. Create simple email capture forms. Keep a well organised audience.

  • I switched from mailchimp to MailerLite a year ago in an attempt to enjoy a simpler interface along with a more cost effective solution. I've not looked back since!

Anyword*

An ai copywriting tool to help with blogging, ad copy and general writing tasks. Use code Anyword20 for 20% off!

  • This is a pretty new tool for me. I have always fully written my own content, but since time is of huge importance in a one-woman business these days I thought I’d give it ago. It did not disappoint! I still write around 80% of my content but anyword gives me that extra boost and helps reword copy to sound, well better! It’s really great for ads and if your having a mental writers block it will give you that inspiration you need!

Envato*

A brilliant assets library that literally has everything you can think of from; images, graphics, music, animation and more!

  • Another useful tool I use pretty much everyday! As a designer I am always looking for fast access to stock footage and imagery. Envato has endless amounts of great quality assets to choose from.
