I am very excited to announce that I have rebranded my business (previously ‘Genius Marketing’) to focus my business more on my creative skills in web design…

The Square Genius offers a complete web design solution, whether that’s a full custom made website or an ‘off the shelf’ website template.

I am very excited to introduce the new template design shop - a complete done-for-you website option, predesigned and ready to launch with all the tools you need!

Why the Change?

After my first 18 months in business offering web design and marketing services I have decided to focus directly on web design. Over the years of working in marketing and design, I have noticed that more and more business owners, sole traders and entrepreneurs are getting frustrated with not having total ‘control’ over their own websites. Being restricted and totally reliant on web developers to work on the very basic of tasks, which in turn means more cost! Smaller businesses can tackle these minute website tasks if they recieve the correct guidance and tools do do so. So I want to help change the approach, and this is why I have created The Square Genius.

Why the name Square Genius?

I have been designing Squarespace websites for 8+ years now. The platform is powerful and extremely user friendly, which is why it’s my number one choice. Squarespace is an all in one web building platform which offers great integrated tools such as; Online booking, Email marketing, E-commerce stores, Members areas, Subscription options and much more! It really does have all the tools you need to build any type of site, plus it’s fully customisable and with additional code such as Java script and CSS so you can take your website design even further!

I am still able to offer a custom web design service, however with the introduction of my Done-For-You Squarespace template shop my customers now have a more affordable option if they prefer creating and controlling their own website. Each template design has it’s own tutorials and template toolkit which means my customers will have access to a full step-by-step guide on how to customise their own website. It’s an affordable option particularly for smaller and individual businesses. All templates are fully designed by myself as if I were building for an existing client (I am - But I just haven’t met them yet 😊 ) I am currently building my template portfolio and plan to have templates across a variety of industries such as: Social Media Marketing, Beauty, Fitness & Wellbeing, Coaching and many more.

Admittedly I am not the only pro in the Squarespace world, their are many fantastic designers and creatives out there; some of which have helped bring my own skills to a much higher level.

I am enjoying the freedom of design, and will be looking forward to bringing more templates to the shop very soon!

I will still be offering my marketing services particularly for those who have a website designed by myself - As a whole online marketing package I can assist with SEO, online campaigns and PPC advertising.
